It only has six ingredients that you probably already have on hand. It’s the perfect treat for a hot summer day. You can involve your kids for a fun at-home activity to do during the summer.
Berry Sweet Popsicles Ingredients
½ cup frozen strawberries (non-frozen will work as well)
½ cup frozen blueberries (non-frozen will work as well)
1 scoop GBX Protein — Vanilla
1 scoop GBX SeedFiber
¼ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 cup nut milk
**Optional: Add honey, agave or maple syrup for more sweetness
Other tools needed:
1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie mixture into your popsicle mold.
3. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
