Jared and I are thrilled to announce that James Lee has joined the Amare leadership team as our new Chief Information Officer (CIO).

James has an impressive 19-year background in various high-impact domains, including Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation, Software Development, Product Management, Data Management, Finance & Audit, Risk Management, and Operations.

Before joining us, James demonstrated his leadership capacities as President of Elements Connect, a business-to-business software as a service (B2B SaaS) company. He has notably served as the Artificial Intelligence Lead at JP Morgan Chase and Chief Data Officer at GE Treasury. His extensive experience in these innovative and competitive arenas makes him an incredible addition to Amare.

James is not just about outstanding professional achievements; he also boasts a strong academic foundation with a B.S. in Computer Engineering & Economics from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Adding to his expertise are his professional certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Apart from his professional life, James is also dedicated to his family and enjoys the balance of a personal life with his 7-year-old son in Edgewater, NJ. His interests include golf, videography, and travel, which undoubtedly will strike a chord with many of you who share similar passions.

James has conveyed great enthusiasm about leveraging information technology to propel Amare forward, and we are confident his vision will guide us toward a future rich with innovation and growth. As Amare’s Chief Information Officer, James’s insights and leadership will guide the information technology and commission strategy at Amare, steering the company’s trajectory across every market in which it operates.
